Inventory and Logistics Management

At Add-Plus, all materials and components are tracked from receipt to issuance, with continuous monitoring to detect anomalies early and prevent production delays. Components are verified using automated counting machines and x-ray counters for accuracy. Full Turnkey Solutions customers benefit from our ERP inventory system, while consigned parts customers can also access our robust inventory services. Integration with our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) ensures efficient process scheduling and logistics, minimizing downtime.

We are committed to delivering global quality assurance standards (i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO 13485) through local excellence. We adopt various Quality workmanship standards: IPC-A-610, IPC-6011 Class 1, 2, 3 and apply them consistently in our manufacturing processes. In addition to our stringent quality assurance systems, we conduct regular quality inspection processes In-Process Audit (IPA), Regular review of Non-Conforming Product and Process Audit.

X-ray Inspection
Essential for high-performance products, X-ray verifies BGA placement and functionality, preventing costly recalls. Our onsite X-ray machine enables immediate verification and adjustments during First Article builds.

3D AOI
As assemblies become denser and components smaller, AOI ensures consistent quality by refining detection through continuous learning, improving accuracy over time.

3D Imaging
High-resolution imaging checks component ID, alignment, positioning, and appearance to ensure assembly accuracy.

Touchless Component Counting
X-ray counting minimizes handling risks, protects components, and improves accuracy in inventory management.

Testing and Measurement Accuracy

LCR Measurement
Our SMT machines can measure capacitors, diodes, resistors, and inductors during assembly, preventing incorrect component placement early in production.

In-Circuit Test (ICT)
Scalable from a few test points to over 15,000, ICT ensures high fault coverage and reliable PCB testing without slowing throughput.

Flying Probe Test
A cost-effective, non-invasive method to measure electrical characteristics such as current, resistance, capacitance, and inductance—without the need for complex test jigs.
